Alacriti Integrates with AKUVO to Enhance Loan Payment Processing for Financial Institutions

Alacriti, a leader in cloud-based payment and money movement solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with AKUVO, a technology firm specializing in collections and credit risk. This collaboration integrates Alacriti’s Orbipay EBPP loan payment solution into AKUVO’s collections platform, enabling seamless loan payment processing directly within the AKUVO system.

The integration provides financial institutions with a unified loan payment experience, encompassing current, delinquent, and collection-stage loans. This streamlined approach offers complete visibility across all loan payments, regardless of their status or processing method.

Additionally, the partnership enhances AKUVO’s platform by allowing collections agents to process payments—via card or ACH—directly within the AKUVO interface. This eliminates the need for agents to switch between systems, thereby improving operational efficiency and enabling faster handling of overdue loan payments.

Jamie Harris, Chief Sales Officer at Alacriti, stated, “Integrating Alacriti’s payment capabilities with AKUVO’s collections platform creates a powerful solution for financial institutions, removing friction and barriers in the payment process.”

Mike Ruggiero, SVP Relationships at AKUVO, added, “We are excited to integrate Alacriti’s Orbipay EBPP solution with our collections platform. This partnership significantly streamlines the collections process, providing our customers with a more efficient, integrated solution that enhances both visibility and operational efficiency in payments.”
