Avalara, Inc., a leader in tax compliance automation software, has announced the launch of Avi, its generative AI chatbot, now available in both the Avalara Global Support Portal and the Avalara Portal product interface. Avi is designed to provide conversational support, helping customers and partners quickly find answers and resolve issues more efficiently.
Trained on Avalara’s proprietary knowledge base and continuously learning, Avi offers rapid responses to product inquiries, troubleshooting guidance for common issues, and directions to additional resources when needed.
