DocuPhase Names Leslie Leaf as New COO to Drive Innovation in AP Automation and Payments

Leslie joins the leadership team with over 25 years of experience in the B2B software and SaaS technology sectors. Prior to joining DocuPhase, Leslie served as the Chief Customer Officer at Revel Systems, a leading provider of cloud-based POS systems.

In her role at Revel Systems, Leslie managed three tiers of technical support, championed the voice of the customer, and maintained high customer retention rates through effective professional services and seamless implementation processes. Her expertise in driving operational scale, enhancing customer experience, and overseeing complex change management projects played a pivotal role in her success at Revel Systems. The DocuPhase team is eager to leverage her extensive experience to further elevate their operations and customer success strategies.

Throughout her career, Leslie has held various leadership positions, including Chief Customer Officer, SVP of Customer Success, Vice President of Customer Support, and Director of Business Operations. Her impressive track record includes driving operational efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring successful product adoption and renewals.

Leslie holds an undergraduate degree from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian College and an MBA in Project Management from Aspen University, equipping her to lead DocuPhase’s Operations Team to new heights.
