PreciseFP and Holistiplan Introduce New Integration and Tailored Engagement Features

Date – 01-Aug-2024

The new integration and customized engagement streamline the collection of essential tax return data within the client data-gathering process.

Holistiplan, a leading tax planning software for financial advisors, and PreciseFP, an acclaimed client engagement and data-gathering platform from Docupace, have announced a strategic integration partnership designed to enhance connectivity between the two platforms.

Richard Thoeny, Executive Vice President of Product Strategy for PreciseFP, commented, “Holistiplan and PreciseFP share a vision of simplifying and accelerating the delivery of financial planning advice. This new integration and content engagement, bolstered by our strong partnership, will significantly advance that vision in the marketplace.”

The integration introduces valuable new functionality for users, allowing end clients to upload their tax returns via PreciseFP’s secure client engagements. This data can then be seamlessly exported into Holistiplan for efficient processing.

Holistiplan was the most-requested integration by PreciseFP users, adding to the extensive list of over 30 leading wealthtech software companies already integrated with PreciseFP. Earlier this year, PreciseFP also announced new integrations with FP Alpha, GReminders, and Income Lab.

PreciseFP is renowned for its award-winning client onboarding platform, which features a streamlined, paperless onboarding process with customizable agreements and e-signature capabilities. By automating the collection of financial data, PreciseFP significantly enhances advisor productivity and eliminates the need for manual data entry. In 2023, PreciseFP facilitated the gathering of over 10.7 million data elements, transferred datasets among integrated platforms more than 67,000 times, created over 200,000 client accounts, and saved advisors over 33,000 hours, translating to more than $5 million in cost savings.

Since its launch in July 2019, Holistiplan has gained over 30,000 subscribers nationwide. Founders Lozer and Pine attribute their rapid growth to strong support and feedback from the advisor community. Holistiplan has been recognized as the top tax planning software in the 2021, 2022, and 2023 Kitces Report Studies and the 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 T3 / Inside Information Software Surveys. It was also nominated as a finalist in the 2024 Wealthies Awards from WealthManagement.com.

Roger Pine, CFA, CFP® and CEO of Holistiplan, stated, “The integration with PreciseFP is a transformative development for financial advisors. It streamlines the tax planning process by enabling seamless data transfer and efficient tax return analysis. Advisors will now spend more time delivering comprehensive financial advice and less time on manual data entry. We’re excited about the enhanced capabilities this integration brings, which will help advisors strengthen their practices and client relationships.”
