Quility Acquires Ninja, Integrating the SaaS Platform as a Core Element of Its Engagement Strategy

Date – 01-Aug-2024

Quility, an award-winning insurtech company, has announced its acquisition of the assets of Ninja Technologies LLC (“Ninja”), a SaaS platform designed to support insurance agents by providing an all-in-one solution for lead generation, sales automation, CRM, team collaboration, and analytics. This acquisition marks a significant enhancement to Quility’s proprietary engagement platform, Quility Switchboard®.

Switchboard® is designed to streamline agent-client communications and manage marketing materials, enabling agents to efficiently nurture leads and close sales. This proprietary software centralizes all lead information, while automating outreach through emails, calls, and texts. As a virtual engagement hub, Switchboard® simplifies business tracking and management for agents.

With the integration of Ninja’s cutting-edge marketing and communication automations, Quility is poised to further elevate agent productivity. The platform’s new features, including pre-built workflows, intelligent lead suggestions, and a streamlined sales process, will empower agents to sell more policies with greater ease.

“This acquisition is a pivotal moment in our mission to transform the insurance buying and selling experience,” said Brandon Ellison, Founder and CEO of Quility. “By incorporating Ninja’s industry-leading technology, we’re enhancing and optimizing our engagement platform to better support agents in their daily operations. We look forward to unveiling more details about this integration and the upcoming improvements to our Switchboard® platform at our annual conference in September.”

Looking ahead, Quility plans to rebrand Ninja and integrate it into its expanding suite of offerings under the Switchboard® umbrella. This strategic move is expected to significantly boost agent success, client satisfaction, and strengthen Quility’s diverse distribution channels.

“I am excited about this acquisition and the future of the platform,” said Brad Smith, co-founder of Ninja Technologies. “My brother and I created Ninja with the vision of providing the most effective tools in the insurance industry, enabling agents to achieve new levels of efficiency and effectiveness. With Quility’s support, that vision is now being rapidly realized.”
