volvo feul tank ?should it be pressureized or not

think this was up somewere reason i ask is my t5 engine is runin in the rear off a bug and my tank isnt pressureized from hot or cold evern thow i goes like a bat out off hell until it warms up . woundering about my tank been none pressureized ,evern thow from cold goes like a bat out of hell, presurised tank ...pushing!!! the fuel down small lines at a fast rate .....none presureised tank ...sending..fuel down the pipes at a lower speed ?....think about sri cavs and astras ....none presurised tank ...inline fuel pump ...8mmfuel lines ...why did they up rate them from the normal 6m (ithink )......presur will always be corect cos it got a regulator doing the job ,are volvo tanks pressureized???
